Description
The Arbiters of the Meridian developed a grim practice during the Rodway Uprising. On the night before they were to go on trial, accused agitators would find a shotgun with a single shell in their cells. Fully 50% of those arrested took their own lives rather than face the dubious mercies of the courts.
