A trail of blood behind him is a Steam achievement in Retribution.
Getting it
You must kill 2,500 models across any number of matches. For low-level heroes, using the Flamer and Guardsmen with a Tarantula heavy bolter turret should allow you to kill large numbers of low-HP models. When you level up, switch to Catachan Devils and the missile turret. Focus on killing swarmy things while your teammates kill the heavy units.
