The Mantle of Malan'tai is rewarded for the achievement "Grab me the Paddles," which calls for the player to get 75 ally revivals as the Eldar Farseer. The armor value is good (165) and there is a displayed +.5 energy regen rate. A hidden bonus of the armour is an added 10% critical strike chance with melee attacks. The bonus shows up in the upper right-hand corner of the screen when the item is equipped, but I haven't found it posted on any other sites when I looked today.
