Megakill! is a Steam achievement in Retribution.
Getting it
This is probably easiest on Anvil of Khorne and the 6th wave (Imperial Guard). Rush one of the Guardsman blobs right at the spawn point and use Toxic Miasma to kill the bunch. The blobs should have several squads and 20+ models.

Gaining this achievement unlocks the Rending Stranglethorn wargear.
