Well I definitely know that Caerys (Farseer from Soulstorm) doesn't have any visible hair. Taldeer probably had it in Winter Assault. However I don't recall her with the hair in Dark Crusade. I haven't played that expansion for a while now, so I may be wrong.

Actually, I've always wondered why a lot of the icons from Dawn of war were changed in its expansions. For example, the Gretchin icon in Soulstorm is really different compared to the one in the original.
