Orks have not so much useful squads, but this is one of such.

And let's see - they make an appearance on tier 3. Tier 3. Till that time other useful squads of orks are weirdboy and tankbustas, which are on tier 2. And every race have squads and upgrades for them, those can very easily counter any ork's squads, especially tier 1.

So, the player, who took orks, must stay alive and prosper till tier 3 to get nobs. And after that upgrade them.

And even in this case they won't be killing machines like terminators and, btw, they are still 3 models in standard squad - as terminators. But Nobs are heavy infantry and terminators are super heavy.

Also they have no range weapon and raw DPS of hammer is only 2.66 higher, then term's power fist (they have same damage type)...

And after all that you want they will have no invulnerability??? Which lasts 10 seconds (while cooldown is 45)???
