AI: 80% to use when an enemy is closer than 10, 3-6 recharge time, no initial use.

retaliation damage=weapon damage×(1armor mitigation)×1.5

weapon damage is damage per burst, while each bullet hit applies full weapon damage to the attacker.

Example: weapon does 10 damage per burst, 10 bullets in burst, so each bullet deals 1 damage. When the bullet hits the retaliating sorcerer with 1% armor, it does weapon damage per burstnumber of bullets in burst×(1sorcerer armor)=1×0.99=0.99 damage to the sorcerer but weapon damage per burst×(1sorcerer armor)×1.5=10×0.99×1.5=14.85 to the attacker.

Retaliation completely ignores armor of the attacker.

armor mitigation is affected only by the sorcerer's current armor and the enemy's armor piercing, it is not affected by Ward, Fortune and other damage mitigation abilities which don't change armor.

This orb is very effective against high bullet count per burst enemies, such as assault cannon dreadnoughts and non-superheavy tanks with heavy bolters.
